  1. SHIPPING PROCESS

Orders generally take up to 2–4 business days to process, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. but maybe it takes up to 7 days around holidays with high order volume We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however, if you need help, please email service@petrala.co with as many details as possible, and we'll try our best to help. Our team is available Monday through Friday only.

  1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders over $79 Enjoy FREE SHIPPING, charges $6.90 flat-rate shipping fee is applied to orders under $79, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PR  

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times range from 2 to 8 business days, depending on the shipping method + delivery destination.

  1. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. which can take up to 72 hours. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1–4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. If all this does not work, please contact us at service@petrala.co.

    4. Covid-19

Due to COVID-19, shipping to countries outside the United States is unavailable.We’re sorry that we cannot deliver to military addresses such as APO, FPO, DPO or other islands.

  1. Return

All products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.  

Please write to us at service@petrala.co to initiate a return.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any supplied items. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, either by sending it back yourself or having the carrier pick it up.

 

  1. DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

Please be aware that if the tracking information confirms that the shipment has been delivered to your order address but you have not yet received your order, please contact the courier company so that the issue can be investigated. We are not responsible for packages where the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to your order address.

  1. Refund

After receiving your return, we will process your refund within 2–5 business days. The time it takes for your refund to reach you depends on your original payment method.
